When it comes to food shopping there are plenty of supermarkets to choose from depending on your budget, convenience or preference.

Supermarket chain Waitrose has announced plans to open 100 new convenience shops in the UK.

The supermarket retailer, which already has 329 shops across the UK, will roll out the new stores in the next five years.

Waitrose will open the shops across locations in England, Wales and Scotland but hasn’t announced where exactly they will be.
