A screen-matched Star Wars Stormtrooper helmet, the mask worn by Russell Crowe in Gladiator and Carrie Bradshaw’s bed in Sex and the City are among the items from “cinematic legends” being auctioned in London next month.

The Star Wars helmet, which featured in the mind trick scene from the 1977 film Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, could fetch as much as £500,000 at the Propstore’s TV and film auction in mid-November.
