Premium Bonds error as customers with this internet provider can’t access website | Personal Finance | Finance
Several NS&I customers have had an issue logging into their account and accessing their savings.
A number of customers with Plusnet reported the issue to the Premium Bonds provider, with one person saying over X the online service had “stopped” for them.
They said in a message to NS&I: “I’ve tried downloading your app and that just lingers on the load screen too. Just want to change my details.”
