Party-goers in Ibiza have spoken out after they were charged a staggering amount for a glass of champagne at an event.

Revellers spoke out after attending an after-party for the DJ Awards, dubbed the ‘Oscars of electronic music’, at the Chinois club on the famous party island last Wednesday (October 2).

The champagne on offer from one of the event’s sponsoring brands was from a bottle of Christophe Prestige, a brut sold for less than 20 euros (£16.76).
