Bosses of budget airline EasyJet have scrapped the check-in baggage allowance from city break packages in a major rule change.
Passengers can now only take underseat cabin bags, a move bosses say was to “make our packages even better with lower pricing”, TravelGossip reports.
A company spokesperson said: “We’re now giving customers the choice to decide whether they would like to pay for hold luggage, rather than it being automatically included.”
Previously, passengers had 23kgs in free luggage…
