Indianapolis quarterback Anthony Richardson was ruled out for the rest of Sunday’s game against Pittsburgh after appearing to injure his hip in the first quarter.

The injury marred an otherwise dream start to the game for the Colts (1-2), who led undefeated Pittsburgh (3-0) 17-3 at halftime, with Richardson completing three of his first four passes for 71 yards and adding 24 more rushing yards.
