A Santander customer left without a local branch was infuriated to discover he had reached a limit for making deposits.
The man contacted the bank over X, formerly Twitter, after he was unable to pay in the full amount he wanted to at the Post Office.
He said: ” I’ve just tried to pay cash in at our local Post office branch, and it wouldn’t let me deposit the whole amount (£365).
