A Halifax customer was concerned they were unable to make online purchases with big name groups including Tesco and Next.

They contacted the bank yesterday (July 23) over X to explain the problem. They said: “I have been trying to make payments online to a few different retailers and these are being blocked by Halifax, can you tell me if there are any issues?
