This summer Kevin Costner directs and stars in his two-part Western epic, Horizon: An American Saga, which takes place during the American Civil War.

Chapter 1, which clocks in at 3 hours, is set to hit cinemas on June 28, followed by Chapter 2 on August 16.

The first movie premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, where it received a 10-minute standing ovation as the Hollywood star himself was captured tearing up.
